As the Head of Product Management for Denmark, you are responsible for building, strategically aligning, and managing the portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle. Our customers are always at the center of this, along with the associated focus on holistic system solutions. Customer proximity and regular exchange with our sales and service organization as well as our development team are essential to further develop existing system solutions or to satisfy new customer needs.

Your impact

• Responsibility for product management - from initiation to market launch - for the market-relevant products, together with the product lines of the Business Unit and in cooperation with the management.
• Internal communication with sales, service, and marketing, as well as the joint development of sales strategies.
• Creation of price lists & product packages, including corresponding communication.
• Preparation of presentation documents and processing of data for strategic decisions, and acting as a direct interface to the management.
• Carrying out industry-related activities, market observation and analysis (both technical and business-related)
• Direct communication with external stakeholders and close cooperation with Product Owners from the production companies.
  
  

Who You Are

You are a business and action-oriented person with strong communication and presentation skills and a good understanding of technical products. You are team-oriented, assertive and possess a strong hands-on mentality. Your high level of initiative is also a distinctive characteristic.

To ensure that you are successful in your job, you bring the following:

• A completed degree in mechanical engineering, building services engineering, energy and building technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable academic background.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, preferably in the heating, ventilation, or building technology industry.
• Native-level proficiency in Danish and fluency in English, additional language skills such as German are advantageous.
