Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager, Commercial Platforms to be based in Ballerup, Denmark

As our new Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Commercial Platforms and play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end service delivery of our commercial platforms across our global operations, including Salesforce CRM.
Your main tasks will include managing the ongoing operation, support and maintenance, and driving service excellence through continuous improvements of service delivery processes. You will act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile DevOps processes, overseeing incident management, facilitating change advisory board, changes and releases. Your key stakeholders will span across IT, business units, and external vendors, making strong communication and stakeholder management essential.

Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the continuous operation, support and maintenance of commercial platforms to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Facilitating the Global Change Advisory Board, promoting effective communication and decision-making processes.
- Driving continuous improvements in service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serving as a Scrum Master, guiding the internal DevOps process and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.
- Direct incident and problem management to mitigate service disruptions.
- Executing service requests and managing IT operations to uphold high standards of service delivery.
- Handling change and release management activities, ensuring all changes are systematically governed and deployed.
- Leading organizational change management initiatives, including the communication and facilitation of the super user community, to enhance user adoption and benefit realization.
- Ensuring that commercial platform IT services, processes, and systems are compliant with enterprise policies and legal requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting on service delivery performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Skills
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have:
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar role within an international company, ideally in the MedTech sector or other regulated industries.
- A structured and process-oriented approach, with proficiency in the ITIL framework for managing IT service delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Experience in managing and supporting Salesforce CRM applications, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder, are highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Agile DevOps methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and proven ability to drive continuous service delivery process improvements are required.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
