Job description:

This is a central position in our Quality department, where you as Quality Coordinator will be responsible for handling and overseeing a number of different quality tasks. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

·         Handling of customer-related inquiries regarding product quality, e.g. customer complaints

·         Review and completion of customer documentation and requirements

·         Handling of CAPA

·         Assist with the preparation and follow-up on internal and external audits

Your profile:

You probably have a shorter technical or administrative education and 1 - 3 years’ experience from a quality role within manufacturing, or equivalent experience working with complex documentation. It is essential that you speak and write English at a high level. Furthermore, it would be advantageous if you have knowledge within the ISO 9001 or 13485 standards.

As a person, you are detail-oriented and dedicated with an analytical and structured approach to tasks. You create credibility through your professional knowledge, your ability to communicate, and your awareness that we create the best results together across the departments.
