Senior Customer Project Manager - Healthcare

In this role you will be right in the centre of delivering valuable healthcare IT solutions to the Danish municipalities – supporting everyday community care to citizens. You are right for the role if you also enjoy complexity in contracts, customer relationships and service delivery together with balancing different stakeholders and interests.

Continuous delivery and customer value
As our senior customer project manager in Columna Cura, you will play a key role in ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and long-term value realization for some of our larger and more complex municipality customers in Denmark. As we are expanding to other Scandinavian countries, you might also expand your focus outside of Denmark.

You will serve as the primary contact for all customer relationship inquiries and coordinate collaboration between customers and our in-house service and delivery teams across both implementation and operational phases. Your focus will be to ensure that our customers get optimal value from their investments and drive a high customer engagement and satisfaction.

More specifically, you will be:

• Ensuring continuous customer satisfaction and value optimization through regular dialogue, feedback collection, and proactive identification of opportunities to enhance the customer value from our solutions.
• Managing and optimizing customer contracts within the agreed budget focusing on maximizing customer outcomes and ensuring that the required quality standards are met through collaboration with relevant parts of the organisation.
• Leading the preparation of changes, quotations, and solutions in collaboration with the customer and with input from internal stakeholders.
• Drafting project agreements, status reports, risk analyses, and other relevant project materials to support expectation alignment and communication with the customer.

Experienced and customer-oriented Project Manager skilled in navigating complex contracts
We are looking for a colleague with a proven track record in successfully managing complex B2B customer relationships. Your strengths include:

• Strong relationship management skills with focus on long-term value creation
• A clear and professional communication style that is proactive and solutions oriented
• Contract Management with a commercial understanding

Furthermore, you are fluent in both Danish and English – written and verbal.
