Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop GDPR governance frameworks and handle related operational tasks.
• Conduct second-line controls on topics like IT security (including NIS2 “Lov om styrket beredskab”), algorithmic trading, and sector-specific regulations.
• Drive training and awareness programs to strengthen compliance understanding throughout the business.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the compliance team by handling cases and answering compliance-related questions.

Job Requirements

• A few years of experience from a professional working environment.
• Background in cand.jur., cand.merc.jur., or a related field.
• Experience with compliance or legal matters is a plus — but curiosity and initiative go a long
• way.Comfortable working from our office in Aalborg.
• A proactive, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
