We Would Like You To

• Lead and develop the Regulatory Affairs Development team with a strong focus on performance, engagement, and growth.
• Ensure timely and compliant submissions for new market entries and M&A projects.
• Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing regulatory input in early-stage projects and business development.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and secure alignment across teams.
• Maintain regulatory workflows and ensure ongoing compliance across markets.
  
  

What We Need You To Have

You have a solid regulatory foundation and a natural ability to lead. You thrive in a fast-paced, international setting and are motivated by change and growth.

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a regional or global context.
• Deep knowledge of EU regulatory requirements and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and the ability to translate regulatory complexity into clear direction.
