We’re looking for a Creative Copywriter who thrives on collaboration, lives for standout ideas, and can craft copy that moves, informs, and inspires. In this role, you’ll be part of a team of designers, strategists, marketers, and brand leaders, working together to tell powerful stories and shape bold campaigns.
This role sits within our fast-paced marketing team at Usercentrics. This is your chance to help define how our brand shows up in the world. We’re pioneering Privacy-Led Marketing, a new way to build customer trust and deliver value through transparency, consented choices, and user control. It’s a space brimming with potential, and we’re just getting started.
We’re proud to be two-time finalists in The Drum Awards Marketing EMEA for B2B Content, and we have ambitious goals to keep pushing creative boundaries. If you’re someone who can conceive a campaign with an agency partner in the morning, write a script for a brand or product video after lunch, and jump into social copy before the day’s out, we want to hear from you.

Your Tasks
- Lead ideation and concept development for integrated marketing campaigns, from launch moments to always-on content.
- Write and edit compelling, audience-first copy across a wide range of touchpoints: video scripts, social posts, web pages and more.
- Partner with design, motion, and video teams to craft creative concepts that come alive across mediums.
- Collaborate closely with brand, product marketing and demand gen teams and external agencies to ensure messaging is on-strategy, on-brand, and conversion-smart.
- Translate complex tech and privacy concepts into clear, relatable, human stories that resonate with marketers and business leaders.
- Contribute to the evolution of our brand voice; making it smarter, bolder, and more distinctive as we grow.
- Keep a pulse on cultural moments, platform trends, and storytelling innovations to keep our creative fresh, relevant, and high-impact.
- 4+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in a startup, growing tech company, creative agency, or digital publication.
- A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and craft across multiple formats and platforms.
- Proven ability to think big, move fast, and adapt tone of voice to different formats, audiences, and strategic objectives.
- Experience building campaigns and working with creative teams and agencies, including briefing, ideation, and executional support.
- Ability to think strategically and write with clarity, wit, and purpose; balancing creativity with performance.
- Strong understanding of content performance metrics and how to write with results in mind; without compromising creativity.
- Confidence in presenting your ideas and receiving feedback with openness and curiosity.
- A self-starter mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Endless curiosity: you’re always wondering what’s new, how things work, what’s going on, and why. And more importantly, when you learn, you want to share it.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked on brand storytelling frameworks, editorial content, or creative development for video-first or social-led campaigns.
