Product Coordinator

In this important role, the Product Coordinator will make sure that all relevant deadlines are always met and will be responsible for managing and storing accurate data in our systems. You will be a great operational support for the whole team, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues inside the organization as well as external suppliers.

Reporting directly to the Category Manager, Media & Lifestyle, the role is based at our head office in the heart of Copenhagen and is a great opportunity to get to know the Flying Tiger way of working and potentially develop further in the Commercial department.

These are the main tasks of the position:

• Ensure all assortment milestones are conducted in time with the appropriate stakeholders and material (e.g., Range settlement, Matrix meeting, Partners’ commitment meeting)
• Work with suppliers on providing data and establishing initial product specification
• Collaborate with suppliers on sample development and iteration for rebuys and shipment samples
• Support the approval process for final sample and pre-production sample, photos, preferential agreements etc.
• Provide & maintain data in ERP-system for new products
• Ensure products comply with our quality requirements for products, packaging, labelling and user experience
• Collaborate with Product Manager on new product ideas that are unique and relevant

This is you

• Proven experience from a buying department, a coordinating position or from a retail store is essential
• Ability to work accurately at speed
• Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility for your own and the team’s overall performance
• Commercial mind-set as well as a flexible and pragmatic attitude
• Detail oriented and ability to act like a merchant
• Problem-solving oriented and forward thinking with a lot of drive and self-motivation
• Structured approach with strong coordination and administrative skills
• Ability to connect, build relations and communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken)
• Relevant buying education or other relevant education
• You are a fan of our products and the overall brand concept
