Join us at the LEGO Group as an Engineer in this temporary role (12+ months) and help with maintaining our Power Apps suite, and work in an exciting Enterprise environment with a high focus on value creation.


Core Responsibilities
.

Colleague Enablement is central to what we do in helping our colleagues. We take the lead in enabling all LEGO Colleagues with the right access, hardware, communication, and teamwork tools. Help us identify and automate wasteful processes - and have focus on Advanced Citizen Development and guide users with standard methodology on Power Automate Desktop.



  • Handle support at 3rd level, so you are up for technical challenges and have a strong methodical approach to solving these.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of our governance model for our Microsoft Power Platform components.
  • Explore modern technologies such as the new hot Generative AI.

The Productivity and Collaboration team have ownership of the Office 365 suite of tools, and any 3rd party tools that enable our colleagues to collaborate and improve efficiency, both onsite and remotely - individually and as a team. We have a high focus on cloud enabling the toolset we provide.

We have a high level of adoption of the Power Platform and a high focus on enabling the tools for our users. We are currently working to extend this with Power Automate Desktop and support our Citizen Developers on their journey to embrace this tool by providing them with standard processes and mentorship.

We are working closely with Microsoft in Redmond, influencing the direction of the tools, and assisting in bringing feedback to their product teams. We are first adopters on the toolset and focus on organizational change, to build value for our users in the Evergreen Environment that is the core of SaaS tools like Office 365.

The team is diverse and based on the new LEGO Campus in Billund. The work environment is exciting, inspiring, flexible, and we like to have fun along the way!

Do you have what it takes?

We are looking for a preferred candidate with Solid grasp of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse). Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) or similar RPA tools and understanding of environments, DLP policies, connectors, and data security within Power Platform.

Also, technical fix and debugging skills within the entire Power Platform. Strong documentation and communication skills, to maintain governance artifacts, runbooks, and user mentorship. Plus, solid skills in user enablement and organizational change.

Experience in agile development processes and collaboration within multi-functional product teams is encouraged.

You are motivated by constant learning new skills and improving your current skills in an environment that prioritizes this and gives you time to do so.

To succeed in this role, you preferably have competence within the following



  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or a similar related field – or have equivalent working experience.
  • Knowledge about leading and supervising usage and analytics in Power Platform Admin Center or Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge for administrative tasks or troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with AI Builder and custom connectors.
  • Knowledge of data integration (e.g., SQL, APIs, Azure Logic Apps).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem especially integration with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.



Advanced English both written and verbally are needed since we are an international gathered team.
