Employer Branding / Internal Communications Intern

What You’ll Be Working On

As part of our international HR team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Communications Manager, Marketing, and other creative minds across the business. You’ll be where the stories are—bringing our brand and culture to life.

Your tasks will include:

• Creating and publishing content on our global LinkedIn page
• Gathering content through interviews, visuals, and videos
• Supporting and driving content ideas from concept to publication
• Sharing content internally via our employee app and SharePoint
• Assisting with internal communication projects and campaigns
  
  

This internship is approximately 70% employer branding and 30% internal communication, giving you a well-rounded experience.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a communications or HR student eager to dive into the world of brand and culture. You’re full of ideas, ready to learn, and excited to contribute.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

Excellent English writing skills with a creative and engaging tone

• A proactive mindset – you take initiative
• A good dose of creativity
• Great interpersonal skills – you’re comfortable talking to people across all functions
• An interest in retail and fashion (a plus, not a must)
