Are you interested in working at a lean, fast-growing early-stage tech startup? We’re hiring a Sales and Marketing Intern to help drive growth at LikeMinded. The role is full-time and based in Copenhagen. You’ll report directly to the founding team and get hands-on training, ongoing feedback, and real experience in sales, marketing and business development.
For top performers, there may be a possibility of full-time employment after the end of the internship.

About The Role
- Customer outreach: You will be responsible for contacting potential new customers via phone, email, and in-person store visits around Copenhagen.
- Store visits: Most of your working hours will be spent in the field, doing both planned and unplanned store visits in Copenhagen.
- Sales process: You’ll manage the entire sales process, from first contact to onboarding new customers.
- Lead management: You’ll be assigned leads to follow up on and convert into active customers.
- Marketing: Depending on your interests and business needs, you may also be involved in our marketing efforts, e.g. on social media (both organic and with paid ads).
- Flexibility: We offer flexibility around your schedule, and the possibility to work extra hours during busy times.
- Reporting: You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, who will provide hands-on training and ongoing development.
- Based in Copenhagen and available to work full-time
- Fluent in Danish (spoken and written) and able to communicate in English
- Has sales experience: Previous outbound sales experience is a plus – retail experience is also valuable
- Has an interest in areas like gourmet food, flowers, wine, beauty, or pets
- Outgoing and approachable: You’re comfortable reaching out to new customers, visiting stores, and building relationships with store owners
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving targets
- Familiar with CRM systems or open to learning how to use them
- Has their own laptop/computer for work
- Note: the internship position is unpaid
