How You Will Make An Impact
As a Component Planner, you manages orders and deliveries of packaging and ingredients to ensure consistent availability while driving process improvements and securing close collaboration with procurement and suppliers. Your specialist position allows you to oversee a broad portfolio and collaborate across sites, enhancing standardization and empowerment. Supported by technology, you will prepare escalations for S&OE and S&OP forums, create scenario plans to mitigate risks, and assess demand fluctuations. Further you will support new product design changes, launches and delistings while reducing waste.

- Actively manage orders and deliveries of components from both external and internal supplier to ensure consistent availability
- Execute packaging design changes, launches and delisting together with Global product management team and site
- Prepare escalation to daily/weekly S&OE forums with potential resolution options
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather input, identify constraints, and create mitigate plans.
- Scenario planning to mitigate availability risks, reduce waste, and assess the impact of finished goods demand fluctuations
- Monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators (e.g. waste) to assess planning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
What Will Make You Successful

- A relevant academic background (recent university graduate or up to 4 years of experience for Bachelor’s, up to 2 years for Master’s).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- An openness to feedback and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- A keen interest in supply chain, operations, or planning.
