About The Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on Queue-it’s digital performance efforts and help drive demand generation. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Digital, this role is essential to building a strong online presence, generating high-quality leads, and optimizing key first-impression touchpoints. You will manage both paid and organic digital channels to ensure a cohesive, engaging brand experience across all entry points. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly contribute to pipeline growth and marketing success.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Owns and manages end-to-end digital performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit), and other emerging channels in alignment with our ideal customer profiles.
  • Plans and executes digital campaigns that align with the broader demand generation strategy, in close collaboration with Revenue Marketing Managers.
  • Leads and maintains brand consistency across high-visibility digital entry points such as search results, landing pages, above-the-fold content, and our Wikipedia page.
  • Analyzes campaign and website performance data to uncover insights and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Partners with the content team to develop and execute SEO and geo-targeting strategies that align with digital goals.
  • Defines success metrics and regularly reports on key KPIs such as website-to-form conversion, lead quality, and web-attributed pipeline contribution.
  • Works closely with the Website Manager to optimize overall site performance and ensure it supports lead generation.
  • Tests and monitors new platforms and strategies to engage target audiences while maximizing return on investment.
  • Manages and optimizes the distribution of Queue-it’s podcast as part of a cohesive digital campaign strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field 3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Proven track record running successful Google Ads campaigns; certification is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of GA4, HubSpot, and campaign attribution models
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn for both paid and organic campaigns
  • Working knowledge of SEO and geo-targeted strategies, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
