Core Responsibilities.
Colleague Enablement is central to what we do in helping our colleagues. We take the lead in enabling all LEGO Colleagues with the right access, hardware, communication, and teamwork tools. Help us identify and automate wasteful processes - and be part of a team that is at the frontline of design, build, and maintain APIs around the newest and greatest O365 technologies coming from Microsoft.
The Efficiency and Collaboration team have ownership of the Office 365 suite of tools, and any 3rd party tools that enable our colleagues to collaborate and improve efficiency, both onsite and remotely - individually and as a team. We have focused on cloud enabling the toolset we provide.
We have a high adaptation of the Office 365 toolset and a high focus on capitalization of the toolset for our users. We will provide our colleagues with more APIs to enable them to get insight into our platform to support data driven decisions.
We are working closely with Microsoft in Redmond, influencing the direction of the tools, and assisting in bringing feedback to their product teams. We are first adopters on the toolset and focus on organizational change, to build value for users in the Evergreen Environment that is the core of SaaS tools like Office 365.
The team is diverse and based on the new LEGO Campus in Billund. The work environment is exciting, inspiring, flexible, and we like to have fun along the way!
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a preferred candidate with solid hands-on experience on Office 365 suite including building and maintaining APIs. Consuming from and integrating with internal or external APIs and crafting REST APIs, especially in a .NET environment.

- We handle support at 3rd level, so you are up for technical challenges and have a strong methodical approach to solving these.
- We identify improvements and drive development of solutions, including a focus on automation and simplification of processes.

Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a preferred candidate with solid hands-on experience on Office 365 suite including building and maintaining APIs. Consuming from and integrating with internal or external APIs and crafting REST APIs, especially in a .NET environment.
- Working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably with Azure as the cloud platform.
- Using GitHub repositories, including branching strategies, pull requests, and CI/CD workflows.
To succeed in this role, you preferably have competence within the following
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or a similar related field – or have equivalent working experience.
- Key Azure services for API hosting (e.g., Azure Functions, API Management, App Services).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools commonly used with Azure (e.g., GitHub Actions) (Note Azure DevOps is not used within our organization).
- Working with databases, including querying and basic data modeling.
- Experience with C# (Note This is our current implementation language).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and extracting data from other Microsoft 365 applications and services, developing and handling GraphQL APIs.
