Danfoss Business System (DBS) is setting the direction for our One Company approach to Business Excellence. We are collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to identify productivity improvements that enable growth while maintaining a lean, healthy organization. As we scale our high-performing, diverse team, we are looking for the right people to join us on this journey in the Salaried Productivity team as our new Senior Project Manager – Organizational Effectiveness & Efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will help Danfoss business areas become more effective, scalable, and strategically aligned by driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Segments, Regions, and Functions to identify structural inefficiencies, support the redesign of organizational models, and drive productivity improvements in salaried functions
Key Responsibilities Include
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in organizational design, business transformation, or consulting — ideally with exposure to salaried functions such as R&D, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, HR, or Finance

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will help Danfoss business areas become more effective, scalable, and strategically aligned by driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Segments, Regions, and Functions to identify structural inefficiencies, support the redesign of organizational models, and drive productivity improvements in salaried functions
Key Responsibilities Include
- You will be working in a multicultural environment, leading projects and initiatives across various departments and value streams worldwide.
- You will analyse current state and drive problem solving activities, develop and implement project concepts that deliver results.
- You will conduct all activities in close collaboration with our team, the selected project teams, leaders, and dedicated support functions
- Lead and facilitate organizational efficiency projects including diagnostics and target organization co-design.
- Conduct and facilitate workshops with senior leadership to identify core capabilities, key activities, and define organizational design principles.
- Translate insights into concrete design recommendations, structural changes, and prioritized productivity measures
- Collaborate closely with multicultural project teams, business leaders, and DBS colleagues to implement identified changes and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Share and apply best practices, tools, and methodologies from within DBS and the broader Danfoss system.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in organizational design, business transformation, or consulting — ideally with exposure to salaried functions such as R&D, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, HR, or Finance
You Ideally Bring
- Experience in organizational restructuring, operating model design, or business transformation (consulting or in-house).
- Familiarity with organizational diagnostics, productivity levers, and the implementation of structural improvements.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to visualize logic, craft compelling narratives, and build business cases.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
- The ability to navigate senior stakeholder environments, align interests, and challenge constructively.
- Excellent facilitation skills, with experience leading interactive workshops and guiding executive-level discussions.
- A structured, analytical approach combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
