Student Assistant - Manufacturing Support Administration

The Main Purpose Of Your Job Will Be To Support The Administrative Daily Tasks Within The Organization. Your Tasks Will Include However Will Not Be Limited To

• Supporting the Administrative Assistant with various tasks
• Creating purchase orders
• Creating expense reports
• Updating distributions lists in Outlook
• Any ad hoc administrative tasks that may come your way.
  
  
  

Skills Needed To Perform

• Interest in doing administrative work.
• Strong IT skills – mainly Microsoft office and internal systems
• Willingness to learn and perform task individually.

We are an international company and fluency in English is required.

The position is up to 15 hours per week, as per agreement between the you and FDBD. We are flexible in terms of exams etc.

As Student Assistant in Drug Substance Manufacturing, you will be supporting the part of FDBD that manufacture all the drug substances on site. You will be helping your colleagues with administrative task so that they can focus on the production. Currently, we are supporting close to 600 colleagues.
