Reva Group is growing fast. With more than 50 markets live and new ones launching every month, we’re looking for a Market Analyst, either remote or based in our Copenhagen office, to help us understand what drives performance — and how we can improve it. You’ll work closely with our Head of Market Optimization to dig into data, spot trends, uncover issues, and support decision-making across the company.
Your job will be to help us see what’s working, what’s not, and why. Some markets underperform — is it a payment barrier, weak translation, the wrong channels, or something else entirely? Others are doing well — how can we double down or replicate that success? You’ll help us figure it out.
This is a hands-on, investigative role with wide exposure to marketing, product, customer service, and tech. You’ll support analysis on everything from revenue flows to traffic acquisition, pricing logic to competitor activity — and turn findings into clear, actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
You love solving puzzles, working with data, and getting to the bottom of things. You’re structured in your thinking and curious by nature. Maybe you’ve worked in strategy, business intelligence, growth, or marketing analysis. Wherever you’re coming from, you understand online platforms and have a solid grasp of digital performance.
You’ll be part of an ambitious, international team with big plans and plenty of room to grow. We’re headquartered in Copenhagen but operate globally. The team is lean, decisions are fast, and your input will have impact from day one. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and learn fast.

- Experience in data analysis, market research, or growth strategy
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic data tools
- Clear communicator, especially when it comes to simplifying complexity
- Fluent in English
- Based remotely or in Copenhagen
