What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing cross-site transfer of drug substance, analytical methods, and related regulatory submissions.
The ideal candidate combines experience with API production and analytical methods with exceptional project management skills, delivering on complex timelines, budgets, and regulatory expectations.

This individual will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership, integrating cross-functional activities with strong stakeholder alignment and management.

Your Role And Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership, integrating cross-functional activities with strong stakeholder alignment and management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead cross-functional teams (QA, QC, RA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure successful execution of product transfer and regulatory activities.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for:
- Product transfers of drug substance across CMOs/CDMOs
- Analytical method transfer and validation
- Timely regulatory submissions
- Track timelines, budgets, and risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including external partners and contract manufacturers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs/CDMOs) to ensure project expectations, timelines, and quality standards are met
- Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and functional heads, escalating risks and dependencies as needed.
- Exceptional project leadership and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and comfortable presenting to senior executives.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field (PhD is a plus).
- 8–12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in CMC, Tech Transfer, or Regulatory Affairs.
