We’re now looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant to strengthen our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide functional and technical support across SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultancy environment and enjoys building relationships while solving real business challenges – You bring more than three years of SuccessFactors experience and are certified in at least two SAP SuccessFactors modules.

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to SAP support or internal IT when required
- Perform system testing, configuration updates, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support system upgrades, new releases, and patch deployments
- Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionality and improve user experience
- Three to five years of relevant experience in HR technology, preferably with a background in HR processes
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in 2 modules
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
- A professional, client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- High energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
