The Role in CMC Operations
Are you a bachelor student motivated by administrative support and eager to gain hands-on experience in the clinical development landscape? Join Genmab’s CMC Operations department as a student worker!
This is a unique opportunity to support a passionate, highly engaged and experienced team while developing your professional skills in a global biotech environment. As a student worker, you will become part of a student team supporting our department that transforms scientific strategy into operational execution.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the entire CMC Operations Department. Your tasks will include, among others:
- Assist with onboarding & training documents: Draft onboarding documents, assist with signature process for training GxP-relevant dossier files, update of organizational chart.
- Operational support: Maintain SharePoint sites, assist with travel bookings, and provide general administrative support to CMC Operations.
- GenDocs document import.
- Archiving of reports and data.
- Ad hoc support for CMC Operations, supported by appropriate training.
We are seeking a service-minded and detail-oriented student who meets the following criteria:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, medical or health sciences, you are on second to fourth semester.
- Proven experience working in teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and comfortable navigating various IT systems.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written.
- Ideally prior experience from another student job.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Service-minded with a quality-focused mindset.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Takes ownership and demonstrates a high level of conscientiousness.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to changes.
