About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product to lead our Product management and UX team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product strategy, development, and management, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences that scale. Billions of people use our product, so creating web experiences that are trustworthy, fair, and reliable is key. As the Director of Product, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings and driving the company's growth.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Develops and executes product strategies that align with the company's vision and goals – with a clear sense of strategic thinking and drive.

• Leads and mentors a team of product managers and designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment grounded in integrity and leadership.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features, always showing customer focus and a deep understanding of shared goals.

• Conducts market research and competitive analysis with curiosity and innovative thinking, identifying trends and opportunities.

• Defines and tracks KPIs to measure product success, using data to support critical decisions.

• Communicates product vision to stakeholders with clarity, honesty, and enthusiasm.

• Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies, showing adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred

• Proven experience in product management for a software company, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• B2B and highly technical product experience is a plus

• Experience with SaaS products and technology solutions is a plus
