Core Responsibilities
Brand Planning and Implementation
As Brand Manager, you are the audience lead and owner of our strategically important girls audience where you will be creating go to market strategies based on insights and overall business objectives. Om top of this, you will be responsible for a portfolio of our girls relevant themes including LEGO Friends, LEGO Creator and Disney Animation reporting into the senior brand manager.

Be part of a highly performing Nordic Brand Marketing team, responsible for driving forward our mission forward. This team implements some of the most innovative strategic marketing plans for the LEGO brand, driving strong demand and enabling the brand image to be strengthened amongst the target consumers and shoppers.

Specifically, you will
- Manage your portfolio of brands by being on top of the business performance as well as trends and insights and proactively take action
- Manage brand marketing budget, media planning and campaign execution balancing the need to build consumer demand and shopper conversion across touchpoints
- Input into the Nordics Kids Marketing Strategy development, objective setting process and consumer communications planning and ensure efficient marketing plan executions.
- Implement marketing strategies and activations that drive brand equity and build active consumers (penetration), re-activation (repeat purchase) and frequency (engagement) for your audience through new products and themes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners internally and externally to gear the owned / earned / shared / paid (OESP) activities of the company towards sales and brand impact.
- Track progress of activity and changing markets need to facilitate modifications of brand strategies.
- Partner with outside agencies as well as our internal agency.
- Plan and own marketing campaign budgets collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver integrated planning
- Establish strong retailer strategies in conjunction with sales and support key account preview sell-in of critical marketing programs.
- Ongoing analysis and evaluation of brand and campaign performance initiating corrective actions required.
- Working closely with the sales team and key customers where providing category and shopper insights that provide performance uplift.
- Develop pricing recommendations to meet overall in-country strategies for designated brands.

Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in Brand Management and Consumer Goods Marketing. Ideally with international brands in FMCG, Entertainment or Fashion/ Health and Beauty for example.
- Proven ownership of budgets; product /demand forecasts; in market performance and tracking. in-depth understanding of key reporting systems (i.e., IRI, Nielsen, Kantar).
- Ability to run multi-layered campaigns (ATL and BTL) aligned to key marketing principles collaborating with agencies and key stakeholders
- Familiar with Planograms and the role of space /range management
- Analytical skills that leverage data to drive business results.
- A strong communicator in both Danish and English, both verbally and in writing with proven presentation skills taking insight and delivering convincing storylines aligned to a commercial strategy.
- Very effective at building strong internal & external networks and able to operate with a wide range of people from different parts of the organization and with external partners.
- Able to display a strategic approach and learning agility with a capacity to flex an approach to engage and convince others.
