Master Data Specialist with SAP ERP experience

Are you passionate about data and how it powers business processes? We are seeking a detail-oriented and talented Master Data Specialist to join our Master Data Team consisting of 5 experienced and passionate colleagues.

We manage several Master Data Domains and we need you to become our specialist of building our configurable materials in SAP ERP. Its therefore important that you have experience with SAP ERP and are motivated by complex data.

As a specialist for configurable materials in SAP ERP, you will also work closely together with the business – both colleagues from R&D, our production site and our Sales department. FOSS is currently building a brand new production site in Frederikssund and you will play a vital role in ensuring the data in SAP ERP are correct in the different production lines. Besides being the specialist of our configurable materials, you are also expected to become one of our experts within our Material Master and the Equipments sold to the customers.

This position requires strong SAP ERP knowledge, data management skills and that you are motivated by creating and owning complex data. It is a full-time onsite position located in Hilleroed, Denmark.

Your Key Responsibilities with a “can do” attitude

We are looking for a profile who is eager to learn. You might come with expertise from a master data team or other functions with extensive knowledge about SAP ERP.

Your primary tasks will be following:

• Product configuration in SAP ERP: Create, maintain and optimize configurable materials (KMAT’s) in SAP ERP to serve stakeholders from Product Management to different production lines
• Back up on our Material Master: We strive to be a strong and collaborative team, who can help each other when needed with back-ups on all Master Data Domains
• Continuously Improve Business Processes to leverage our data quality in accordance with Data Governance

What will make you fit this new role well

• You have minimum 3-5 years of SAP ERP Experience (preferably within production and configurable products, but its not a requirement)
• You are highly motivated by working with complex data
• You can communicate fluently in English
• You can both work in teams and independently with drive and take the initiative to make progress (project management skills will be an advantage, but not a requirement)
