Right now, we’re looking to add a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant to our Portuguese team, someone who knows Employee Central inside and out. The role is based in our Lisbon office.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.)
- Support data migration, system testing, and documentation.
- Participate in client workshops, capturing requirements and supporting solution design.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot system issues under guidance.
- Work closely with senior consultants and project managers on various client assignments.
- Stay up-to-date with new SAP features and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Interest in HR systems and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a consulting environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Training and certification opportunities in SAP SuccessFactors.
