SAP SuccessFactors Associate Consultant – Portugal

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Consultant to join our SAP SuccessFactors team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the HR technology space. You will work alongside experienced consultants and support clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.)
• Support data migration, system testing, and documentation.
• Participate in client workshops, capturing requirements and supporting solution design.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot system issues under guidance.
• Work closely with senior consultants and project managers on various client assignments.
• Stay up-to-date with new SAP features and best practices.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in HR systems and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a consulting environment.
