Sales Operations Assistant - part time (student)
Driversnote

The Business & Product:
Driversnote is a profitable, product-led SaaS company based in Copenhagen, helping over 3 million users across 50+ countries simplify mileage tracking. With a small, close-knit team of 35, we’ve quadrupled our ARR in the last three years by staying focused on delivering real value to our users.
Our core product is a freemium mobile app, often paired with our iBeacon hardware, for precise, automated mileage logging. Backed by a powerful web platform, we're expanding from B2C into B2B, building advanced features for teams and paving the way for data-driven sales growth.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a student worker to join our Commercial team in a part-time role focused on enriching Product Qualified Lead (PQL) data in our CRM. You’ll play a critical part in the early stages of our sales pipeline by ensuring we have complete and high-quality data on thousands of users who are already engaged with our platform. Your work will directly support our Business Development Representatives (BDRs), enabling them to be more efficient and effective in moving leads through the funnel.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern sales operations, data tools, and CRM systems in a fast-growing SaaS company.
Responsibilities:
- Research, qualify and enrich PQL data in our CRM system using internal tools and external tools and sources
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across records
- Flag high-priority leads for follow-up by the BDR team
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to continuously improve our qualification and enrichment process
- Other ad hoc sales operations tasks, data analyses and smaller projects
- Contribute ideas and feedback on how we can improve our systems and processes. We value fresh perspectives!
About You:
- You are currently studying business, marketing, communication, tech, or a related field
- You’re curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy researching and organizing information
- Comfortable navigating LinkedIn and other professional data sources
- You’re fluent in English (bonus if you speak additional languages)
- Relevant experience is a plus, but not required
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week (flexible based on your schedule)
What We Offer:
- Salary: DKK 160 / hour
- International company with a fun work environment, in brand new offices near the Meatpacking District
- Ample opportunity to influence decisions at all levels, we hope to learn from you too!
- A chance to work with and learn from experienced entrepreneurs and tech professionals
- Dedicated resources and time for independent skill development
- Healthy work-life balance
- Tasty, freshly cooked lunches (vegetarian option available)
- Coffee, healthy snacks, and cozy Friday drinks
- Fun social events like gaming nights, running club, and epic holiday parties
How to Apply:
Complete the application form on our careers section on our website.
We’ll review applications on a rolling basis and respond biweekly. Expect a small case assignment as part of the interview process, something not too far fetched from what you’ll be doing here.
We look forward to hearing from you!
