As Head of Business Systems, you’ll define and drive the evolution of our core business systems – ensuring they’re scalable, agile, and aligned with our commercial ambitions. Acting as a strategic link between business and IT, you’ll lead the development of high-impact, product-led solutions that enable smarter ways of working and deliver real outcomes.

Your mission:

• Inspire and guide a team of Product Owners through clear leadership, coaching, and support
• Design and refine a scalable model for product ownership – from governance and best practices to delivery excellence
• Align system and product roadmaps with our digital transformation journey
• Embed agile, product-led principles and foster a culture of ownership and accountability
• Collaborate across functions – with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
• Act as the go-to for senior-level product and system decisions
• Oversee execution: backlogs, delivery cycles, capacity planning, and budgets
• Make data-driven decisions that balance sustainability, efficiency, and scale
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems

Within this setup, Business Systems plays a key role in shaping how we work and scale. As Head of Business Systems, you’ll lead a team currently anchored by 4 skilled Product Owners – and take ownership of the platforms and tools that support our commercial strategy, customer journeys, and growth.

You’re a proven digital leader with the ability to navigate complexity, inspire teams, and deliver business outcomes.

• 10+ years of experience in business systems, product leadership, or digital transformation
• A strong track record of leading and scaling cross-functional product teams
• In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks and product lifecycle management
• A solid grasp of enterprise platforms – ERP, CRM, or custom-built solutions
• Excellent communication skills across business and IT in matrixed setups
• Digitally fluent, including proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and general IT acumen
