Core Responsibilities



  • 1. Enhance Supply Chain Visualization Utilize PowerBI, PowerApps, and Power Automate to improve the visualization of supply chain performance metrics.
  • 2. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Support the creation and visualization of KPIs for areas such as forecast accuracy, delivery service, and inventory management.
  • 3. Participate in Forecasting Projects Contribute to a project focused on forecasting over 15,000 items, providing data analysis and insights to improve current forecasting methods.
  • 4. Support Partner Scorecard Development Help measure and track the strength of LEL partners based on key parameters, assisting in prioritization and action planning.
  • 5. Analyze Current Processes Document the existing supply chain processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • 6. Identify Automation Opportunities Search for and propose automation solutions to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
  • 7. Train Colleagues on Visualization Tools Educate team members on newly developed reporting tools and reporting trends to foster a data-driven culture.
  • 8. Communicate with Stakeholders Engage with stakeholders and partners to gather insights and feedback, ensuring alignment on supply chain initiatives.

The Licensing and Extended Line (LEL) Operations department at LEGO is dedicated to enhancing supply chain performance through innovative data-driven strategies. By focusing on collaboration and creativity, the team works to optimize processes that ensure the success of our partnerships and the delivery of our iconic products. This department plays a crucial role in aligning supply chain operations with the LEGO Group overarching goals of sustainability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

As an Intern, you will directly support the LEL Operations team by improving supply chain visualization, developing key performance indicators, and contributing to forecasting projects. Your efforts will not only enhance the team's ability to make informed decisions but also drive the overall success of the LEGO Group supply chain initiatives, ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our consumers and partners in a rapidly changing market.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Candidates for the Intern position should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with a specialization in Digital, IT, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • A strong technical foundation is essential, particularly in data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and experience working with large datasets will also be beneficial in effectively supporting the team's initiatives.
  • Previous experience working on projects, particularly in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and visualization techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.



Hard Skills



  • Proficiency in PowerBI, PowerApps, and Power Automate for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis languages such as M code, DAX, and SQL.
  • Experience with statistical methods and forecasting techniques.
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work with large datasets using tools like MS Excel and MS Access.



Soft Skills



  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about data and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
