Core Responsibilities
You will be part of a dedicated team, delivering to 2 of the LEGO Group’s most important business transformations, impacting every one of the LEGO Groups amazing employees. In the role you will report to Head of Global ERP Transformation and indirectly to Head of PELM (Play Experiences Lifecycle Management)!
The LEGO Group is on an exciting journey to transform and modernise its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and PLM capabilities, ensuring that our business operations remain agile, efficient, and future-ready!
Within the exciting context, As ERP & PELM Test Director, you will play a critical role in leading and driving the ongoing Test Deliverables ensuring appropriate validation of the new solutions. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to Define and Deploy a Global Test Strategy, Establish Test Plans according to implementation methodology, Schedule and onboard the organisation to test as well as ensure appropriate tracking of progress.
Test Strategy Development
The global ERP Transformation Team, and PELM Transformation teams are responsible for leading two of the top business priorities of the LEGO group in close collaboration with colleagues from the entire organization.
Members of the team are passionate about ensuring that our SAP S/4HANA and PELM platforms enables our flow of product data, goods and flow of money – now and in future.
Together with functional ERP and PELM Partners, Process Excellence, Deployment leads and our Transformation Office you will engage with senior leaders across functional areas and geographies to safeguard our E2E processes in a structured manner.

Test Strategy Development
- Design and implement test plans and strategies for S/4HANA selective migration and PELM Program Transformation, for all migration types (Reimagine, Remediate and Regression)
- Define testing scope, methods (manual and automated), and resource needs
- Lead and manage a team of testers, providing direction and support
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss migration-specific updates and progress
- Oversee test case execution and documentation of results
- Monitor testing activities and provide status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure all migrated products meet quality standards before deployment
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for S/4HANA and PELM migrations
- Work with project managers, stream leads, developers and stakeholders to align on migration goals
- Engage in requirements analysis to validate testing needs for S/4HANA and PELM
- Recommend testing tools and technologies for S/4HANA and PELM migration
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with S/4HANA and PELM migration and product quality
- Address critical issues arising during migration testing promptly
- Identify interdependencies and potential cross-system performance concerns and data issues
- Conduct training sessions to improve team skills in S/4HANA and PELM testing techniques
- Foster a culture of learning and development within the team

- +10 years of proven track record as Test Manager for large scale SAP Transformations/PELM Transformations in a multinational environment
- Solid understanding of business operations with a curiosity about translating business requirements into effective solutions.
- Strong structuring, stakeholder management, and change management skills (incl. experience with executive-level communication).
- Strong drive and willingness to learn, being proactive and resourceful and effective collaborator with the ability to thrive in a complex business and partner landscape
