Key Responsibilities Include
As part of our finance team of 8 dedicated employees, you’ll be optimizing internal workflows while supporting financial operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Support the Financial Controller in key activities
- Take part ownership of the month end close and outlooking process for our Danish entity
- Bank deposits and bank reconciliations
- VAT reconciliation/Intrastat reporting
- Preparing customer statements
- Monthly reconciliations and month-end closing
- Invoicing of sister companies
- Participate cross functional business improvement projects
- A strong sense of accountability and ownership over your work
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across all levels of the organization
- Solid experience with full P&L and balance sheet processes
- An analytical mindset—you don’t just report the numbers, you tell their story
- Confidence in using multiple IT systems, and you're fluent in Excel and Power BI.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently with a structured and proactive approach
- As a person, you are proactive and positive-minded.
