We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance specialist within all aspects of quality assurance for sizable engineering projects focusing on the production of food and feed enzymes.
Welcome to the QA team Kalundborg...
In this role you will support and collaborate closely with project teams and other QA project specialists to ensure quality and food safety throughout the entire project lifecycle.
It is essential that the candidate can work from Kalundborg at least 2-3 times a week to ensure effective collaboration with the rest of the project team and other QA specialists.

The ideal candidate must possess strong QA skills within production of food, a deep understanding of risk management, hygienic design, zoning, CIP, etc. and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will support and collaborate closely with project teams and other QA project specialists to ensure quality and food safety throughout the entire project lifecycle.

In this role you will make an impact by...
- Identifying isks related to quality and food safety and propose mitigation strategies
- Providing input, feedback and recommendations for improvement to the project team
- Ensuring compliance with Novonesis quality and food safety standards and requirements
- Working closely with project managers, user managers and other QA specialists to ensure quality and food safety expectations are met and aligned across projects
- Communicating quality risks/dilemmas, findings and progress to leadership and project team & provide recommendations for solutions without impacting overall quality and food safety
- Leading/supporting project quality risk plan within user mgmt. team
- Leading/supporting qualification plan for installed process/production equipment
- Reviewing/approving qualification test plan and reports
The ideal candidate must possess strong QA skills within production of food, a deep understanding of risk management, hygienic design, zoning, CIP, etc. and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Further You Bring
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within project environments of food products
- Strong understanding of hygienic design incl OQ, HQ, PQ in food production and knowledge to FSSC22000 and food legislation
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies
- Experience working in sizable project teams with multiple engineering disciplines
- Experience working in a food production environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Fluent in English and Danish
