Could you be the full-time EPU Manager in Hvidovre we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and organizational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and fostering a culture of safety, development, and efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across production, supply chain, and procurement, assign operator tasks, and ensure compliance with local regulations, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of time management and activity tracking for all employees, but also focus on continuously improving occupational safety and supporting employee development.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing time and activity records for employees and ensuring compliance with local legislation
  • Accountability for time reconciliation processes
  • Continuously enhancing occupational safety, including for contractors
  • Developing and maintaining the qualification matrix for operators
  • Creating and maintaining production orders and ensuring timely completion
  • Tracking and booking all productive and nonproductive hours in SES
  • Coordinating with the Supply Chain/Procurement team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
  • Assigning tasks to operators and ensuring smooth operations

  • Degree within Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a similar field
  • Strong organizational skills with a focused and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work effectively against deadlines in a structured and well-organized manner
  • Excellent communication skills with precision and transparency
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings (preferable but not mandatory)
  • Fluency in English and Danish is a must
