About The Role
You’ll be a key voice behind our internal story and play a vital role in shaping how we communicate across the organisation. You’ll be the bridge between leadership and employees, ensuring that strategic initiatives, change programmes and project updates are communicated with clarity, empathy, and impact. Later in the year, STG is rolling out a new company-wide strategy and you’ll be a driving force to secure buy-in and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal communication strategies that support key projects and change initiatives across the business, most notably a new organisational-wide strategy launch later this year.
- Collaborate with project leads and senior leadership to craft messaging that resonates with diverse employee groups—from factory floors to executive offices.
- Support change management efforts by ensuring timely, transparent, and empathetic communication.
- Effectively map, engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation when launching internal communication and new digital channels, to adopt new digital ways of working and improving reach.
- Create compelling and tailored content for internal channels, including intranet articles, video scripts, and leadership updates, and always with a purpose.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and adapt strategies based on feedback and engagement metrics.
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, with demonstrated success in leading change communication initiatives within global or multi-national environments.
- Strategic mindset with a strong execution focus—able to translate vision into actionable plans and processes in complex environments.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and make sound decisions with confidence and insight.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities through strong planning, organisation, and project management capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset, with a talent for building strong relationships and managing diverse stakeholders across departments.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong sense of tone and audience, with fluency in English. Danish or Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Familiarity with internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams+).
