As a Content Project Coordinator/Journey Coordinator you will work in Journey 5 – content and inspiration, where you will make sure the projects related to client activation through investment- and trader content as well as client communication are scoped properly, well-coordinated and delivered in a timely manner.
You will work closely with the Journey 5 Delivery Lead and the Journey 5 Execution team managing project deliveries and resources. Our content is translated and published to the Saxo platforms and web site across all our markets and you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination with all of the markets, securing a holistic platform experience across platform type and market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with stakeholders and can translate project briefs into tangible, doable tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to scope, coordinate, and deliver projects in a timely manner. Experience in coordinating project deliveries and resources is crucial. Strong English verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and ensure clear communication across different Journeys and markets. Ability to maintain an overview of projects, manage assets, and ensure updated statuses for ongoing projects. Experience managing stakeholders. Attention to detail, ensuring that content is accurately translated and published
Candidates with experience in similar roles or industries, particularly in financial services or digital content management, would likely be well-suited for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Delivery Lead and Journey 5 Execution team with requesting and managing assets and collaborate on deliveries with local markets
- Own ‘execution stage’ for full funnel (projects where most Journeys are involved) projects.
- Make sure Journey resources are available and delivering as planned
- Coordinate with stakeholders
- Ensure Journey deliveries are communicated to relevant other journeys
- Assist local markets with localization and translation
- Evaluate on project – process and outcome
- Plan, execute and evaluate on J5 owned projects
- Ensuring a proper overview of projects with updated statuses
- Assist Delivery Lead in managing resources and bottlenecks
- Ad hoc small project tasks
