The SAP Processes and Controls Specialist is responsible for ensuring the compliance of all SAP systems within the organization, safeguarding them to align with industry and relevant regulatory standards and organizational policies. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and security of the SAP landscape. The specialist will represent the IT department in audits and inspections related to the SAP system, ensuring robust and smooth processes and adherence to compliance regulations.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversees compliance of all SAP systems within the organization to maintain security and regulatory standards.
• Develops, implements, and manages compliance strategies, processes and policies for the SAP landscape to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Represents the IT department during audits and inspections concerning the SAP system to ensure the organization adheres to regulations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and adherence to compliance protocols, enhancing departmental efficiency.
• Conducts regular compliance audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Provides guidance on SAP compliance-related matters to stakeholders and management to promote informed decision-making.
  
  
  

Education & Skills Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP system management, compliance, and audits, with specific knowledge in regulatory standards and industry practices.
  
  
  

The position is hybrid and based in Hillerød, Denmark, but you will work with global IT teams cross sites in Europe, UK and US.
