The Role, At a Glance
We're looking for someone to keep our office running smoothly in this 20 hours a week role, with flexibility based on your skills and availability. You'll handle the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything function—from managing our facilities and coordinating events to supporting our finance team and making sure visitors feel welcome. It's a varied position where you'll touch different parts of the business and work independently to solve practical problems.

It's a varied position where you'll touch different parts of the business and work independently to solve practical problems.
How You'll Contribute
- Practical coordination of facility tasks (building, garden, office)
- Ad hoc tasks in finance / accounting
- Prepare lunch and keep the kitchen & meeting rooms tidy
- Catering for guests
- Coordination of in-house events
- Obtain prices and place orders with suppliers
- Check of supplier invoices
- Daily support of salespeople
- Coordinating activities in relation to onboarding of new employees
- Other duties as assigned by your manager
- Have the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks at once
- Be an Office graduate from similar position
- Speak and write English at a high level (company language is English but most daily colleagues are Danish)
- Be a team player with good collaboration and communication skills
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a structured team
- Be flexible and careful in relation to your tasks
- Thrive with a high level of activity
- Possess good IT knowledge and is an experienced user of the Office package, especially Excel
- Contribute to the good atmosphere in the office
