In this role you will get the chance to work on developing, configuring, and customizing our ServiceNow platform according to business requirements in close collaboration with our other developers and tech leads.

- Communication with shareholders to develop technical projects.
- Develop new features and capabilities in ServiceNow.
- Own solutions in ServiceNow and assist in troubleshooting and fixing issues.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code after ServiceNow’s best practice.
- Explore new opportunities and provide proof of concepts to the business.
- Set up IT practice standards, best practices and improve existing methods.
- Produce and run test cases to guarantee software quality.
- Document code and application functionality.
- Stay on top of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development.
Things we’ll look for on your resume
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have hands-on working experience with ServiceNow. Experience with ServiceNow development in ITSM, ITOM, IRM, TPRM and Custom App scopes is favoured, combined with an ITIL 4 foundation certification, preferably practitioner. Extensive experience and enthusiasm for delivering top-notch software solutions is a must.
You have developed integrations in REST/SOAP, and you have good knowledge of how integrations work. You show due diligence in your deliveries and is committed to test your deliveries to ensure quality. Furthermore, you have solid knowledge of web markup languages (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON) and database concepts.
As a person you are a confident and trustworthy team player with an execution-oriented mindset and solid problem solving and analytical capabilities. Furthermore, you are outgoing and have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently in cross-functional teams and with stakeholders.
