Group KYC Tool Data Analyst

Job Summary:

emagine is seeking a skilled Group KYC Tool Data Steward/Analyst for a client in the banking industry to enhance their KYC data quality management. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of KYC processes and data stewardship principles, along with proven analytical skills. Key responsibilities entail collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data integrity and support the implementation of new KYC systems across the enterprise.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing KYC data to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to develop data standards.
• Participate in major projects for the Group KYC Tool delivery.
• Create and maintain a Business Information Model for data domains.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics.
• Investigate data quality issues and provide resolutions.
• Offer consultative services to agile delivery teams on data governance.
• Support KYC system implementations ensuring data migration accuracy.
• Develop data-flows to fulfill reporting requirements using approved tools.
• Document data definitions, lineage, and quality rules.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Solid understanding of KYC data management practices.
• Experience/knowledge with change management or working within a change area/setup.
• Proven experience in data analysis and quality management.
• Familiarity with data governance and stewardship processes.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and data visualization techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Background in data migration projects.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to KYC data management.
