About The Role
We are seeking a Compliance PMO and Governance Manager to join our Governance & PMO Team within Compliance Operations. This is a key role responsible for driving the implementation of an integrated, scalable, and effective compliance management framework through optimized processes, technology, data, and automation.
In Compliance Operations, our goal is to be a best-in-class business enabler supporting strategic differentiation while safeguarding our license to operate. Our mission is to empower subject matter experts to operationalize compliance requirements through business-friendly, aligned, and technology-driven solutions.
This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. You’ll need to bring a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for advancing compliance maturity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain program and project management frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the PMO’s strategy, services, and deliverables.
- Provide project management expertise and support to functional leaders across Compliance Operations.
- Manage and maintain the Commit Framework, including its processes and governance.
- Lead and execute projects related to Conflict of Interest processes and supporting technologies.
- Coordinate complex stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- Become a trusted advisor to subject matter expert teams, providing both coordination and content leadership.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvements and promote the integration of technology and automation.
- Support reporting activities for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure implementation timelines are met without compromising on quality or compliance.
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with strong knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
- Ability to independently lead cross-functional, high-impact projects in a complex environment.
- Strong personal ethics, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- A proactive learner with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with the desire to grow within a dynamic and international organization.
- Open-minded and adaptable, comfortable working across diverse cultures and teams.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Experience managing critical deliverables in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment.
