Director, Investor Relations

The Investor Relations Director is a newly established role and will support the Head of Investor Relations in managing investor confidence and building the company's investor base. This individual contributor role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Investor Relations, the CFO, and other key stakeholders to effectively communicate the company's strategy and performance to the investment community.

Your new role

• Support IR Strategy: Assist in shaping and executing the investor relations strategy, including developing core narratives and key messages.
• Investor Communication: Prepare materials for investor presentations, earnings calls, and other communications, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging (input to press releases, Q&As, corporate presentations, scripts, etc.).
• Market Analysis: Monitor analyst reports, stock holding trends, and market perceptions. Provide insights and feedback to the Head of Investor Relations and senior management.
• Event Coordination: Help organize investor events, such as conferences, CME days, single events days, and analyst meetings.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure all communications comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with the Head of Investor Relations, CFO, and other senior management to align investor communication strategies. Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications function to ensure consistency in the development of communication of compelling narratives for internal and external audiences, including media outlets in Denmark and internationally
• External Stakeholders: Engage with analysts, investors, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong relationships and ensure compliance.
  
  
  

Your future team

You will join a small team of 5 talented and passionate people and will be reporting to and working very closely with Jens Høyer.

This role is local, based at Lundbeck HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark and is a hybrid position. However, occasionally travelling in Europe (approx. 20-30) days per year is required.

What You Bring To The Team

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior IR role preferably from the Life Science industry or from consulting
• M.Sc. in Finance, Business or related field
• Experience working closely with R&D within life science
• Experience shaping an equity story or working with strategy and strategy execution
