NORMAL is a Danish retailer that opened its first store in April 2013. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly with more than 900 stores across 9 European countries – but our expansion is far from over. To support our growth journey, we’re offering motivated students the opportunity to join our Logistics development department as interns and gain valuable hands-on experience within an organization where agility and innovation are the keys to succeed in our fast-paced environment.
Internship focus areas
As an intern, you will join our Logistics Development team and contribute to strategic and tactical projects that directly impact warehouse operations, process optimization, and cross-functional initiatives involving departments such as Sales, Purchasing, IT Development, and Business Intelligence. You will also get the opportunity to support the design and development of long-term logistical solutions that shape the future of our supply chain infrastructure.

About You
We imagine that you;
- are currently studying a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree within the fields of Logistical and Supply Chain Analyst, Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or other related fields.
- enjoy working with data and have strong analytical skills.
- are proactive, self-driven, curious, and structured in your way of working.
- thrive in a dynamic environment with a mix of strategic and hands-on tasks.
- A meaningful internship experience in an international retail company.
