Product Owner

We are looking for a 4-7 years experienced Product Owner with people competence and the capability to mature and finetune processes, for our client in the media industry.

Location: Hybrid, with regular visits to the head office in Denmark - both in Aarhus and Copenhagen.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• 4-7 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Relevant educational background
• Experienced within Stakeholder Management
• Experienced within Backlog Management
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe
• Self-driven and pragmatic approach
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and validate requirements
• Weigh different needs and ensure that the solution creates the greatest possible business value
• Establish and maintain a prioritized product backlog
• Write and refine user stories in close collaboration with the development team
• Ensure clarity on requirements, acceptance criteria, and priority
• Follow up on product performance and ensure continuous improvements
• Use data, feedback, and KPIs to adjust the roadmap and backlog
• Make decisions quickly and competently on behalf of the business
• Balance short-term needs with long-term product strategy
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, and retrospectives
• Ensure that the team understands tasks and priorities and can work effectively towards sprint goals
