We are currently looking for Claim & Quality Supervisor to join our Carrier Team in Padborg

Responsibilities

• Claims approval
• Supporting our Service partners regarding any e.care issues
• Generating Authority Numbers in e.care & updating the status of the units in e.care on a regular basis
• Providing training & support for the new users of the system
• Close collaboration with our Nordic team on day - to - day basis
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Several years experience in a technical job
• Sound knowledge of manufacturer repair, maintenance and warranty standards.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, Danish & English skills
