Vi søger nu en elektriker eller automatiktekniker til vores Plant Equipment Maintenance-team (PLE) – en stilling hvor du får mulighed for at bruge dine tekniske evner i en højteknologisk og meningsfuld kontekst.

Om rollen

Som elektriker i vores PLE-team får du en central rolle i driften af vores biofarmaceutiske produktionsfaciliteter. Du vil være ansvarlig for, at vores elektriske systemer fungerer stabilt og effektivt – både gennem forebyggende vedligehold, fejlfinding og tekniske forbedringer.

Dine Primære Opgaver Vil Være

  • Drift, inspektion og vedligeholdelse af elektriske installationer på både nye og ældre produktions- og forsyningslinjer
  • Planlægning og udførelse af arbejdsopgaver i vores vedligeholdelsessystem (CMMS)
  • Koordinering med både interne afdelinger (produktion, QA) og eksterne leverandører
  • Dokumentation af elektrisk arbejde i overensstemmelse med GMP
  • Identificering og implementering af tekniske forbedringer, der øger systemernes pålidelighed og effektivitet

Stillingen er en tidsbegrænset ansættelse på 12 måneder med mulighed for forlængelse eller fastansættelse, afhængigt af dine resultater og forretningens behov. Rollen inkluderer også lejlighedsvis vagtarbejde uden for normal arbejdstid.

Du bliver en del af et erfarent og dedikeret team på 10 teknikere, ingeniører og koordinatorer. Vi har en flad struktur med fokus på samarbejde, ansvar og kontinuerlig udvikling. Vi tror på, at det bedste arbejde sker, når vi støtter hinanden, lærer sammen og har fælles ejerskab for vores opgaver.

Dine kvalifikationer

Vi Forestiller Os, At Du Har

  • Uddannelse som elektriker eller automatiktekniker – nyuddannet eller med erfaring
  • Praktisk erfaring med industrielle el-installationer
  • Gode kompetencer i fejlfinding og vedligehold af teknisk udstyr
  • Forståelse for GMP og dokumentationskrav i regulerede miljøer

Det Er En Fordel, Hvis Du Også Har

  • Erfaring med CMMS-systemer
  • Erfaring med planlægning og koordinering af tekniske opgaver
  • Evne til at kommunikere på både dansk og engelsk

About The Role

As an Electrician in our PLE Maintenance team, you will play a critical role within Engineering by ensuring the reliability and performance of all electrical systems that keep our biopharmaceutical production equipment running around the clock. You will be the team’s key resource when it comes to troubleshooting critical alarms, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and driving continuous improvements in our electrical infrastructure.

Your Primary Tasks Will Include

  • Daily operation, inspection, and upkeep of key electrical installations on both legacy and new production/utility lines
  • Planning and executing work orders in our CMMS system, coordinating with internal teams Production, QA) and external vendors
  • Maintaining GMP-compliant documentation for all electrical activities
  • Identifying and implementing technical optimizations to boost system availability and efficiency

This position is offered on a 12-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension and conversion to permanent employment based on performance and business needs. This role also includes occasional, but consistent on-call duties outside normal working hours.

About The Team

The PLE Maintenance team in Engineering comprises 10 dedicated technicians, engineers, and coordinators with a strong focus on personal development, collaboration, and high professional standards. We operate with a flat structure where every contribution matters and decisions are made collaboratively. Our culture emphasizes ownership, continuous learning, and mutual support. We work closely together to maintain critical production equipment and promote a safe, innovative, and engaging work environment.

Your Qualifications

Ideally, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Qualified as an electrician or automation technician, you may be newly graduated or have several years of experience
  • Proven experience with industrial electrical systems
  • Strong practical skills in maintenance and troubleshooting of utility and production equipment
  • Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and strict documentation standards

The following qualifications will further strengthen your application, but are not essential:

  • Familiarity with CMMS systems for maintenance planning and execution
  • Excellent planning and coordination abilities
  • Fluency in English; Danish language skills are an advantage.
