Are you inspired to help shape policies and practices that support a well-functioning, globally aligned compensation structure? If you're interested in joining a lively and inclusive work environment, this opportunity may be an ideal match for you.

Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow

We are currently seeking a Global Reward Partner with a deep passion for overseeing the strategic development and execution of COWI’s global rewards agenda. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the modernization of our internal processes, promote a comprehensive total rewards approach, and serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, recruitment teams, and business leaders across the organization.
Furthermore, you will become a key member of our specialized rewards team, partnering closely with experienced professionals and internal stakeholders across the business. Your work will be meaningful and engaging, providing support in an evolving yet supportive environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of pay transparency frameworks and global job architecture
  • Developing and validating pay ranges across international job families to establish a reliable compensation and benefits (C&B) foundation
  • Enhancing financial planning within C&B by forecasting cost proposals—including base pay, variable pay, and benefits—to support strategic decision-making
  • Establishing monitoring and reporting mechanisms to manage variances and support business case development
  • Continuously improving reward and benefit processes, identifying risks, proposing solutions, and managing compliance
  • Directing the digitalization of compensation and benefits initiatives from concept to execution
  • Managing the annual Global Short-Term Incentive (STI) cycle, including communication with employees and stakeholders

Your Skills. Our Team. Together, We Design the Future.

Success in this role begins with a collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering results with integrity. You build meaningful relationships by treating others with respect and consistently following through on your commitments. You are curious and always looking for ways to optimize and evolve.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment—ensuring a high-quality experience for stakeholders. You bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of global compensation practices, and hands-on experience with market benchmarking and job evaluation.

On top that, you will have:

  • A master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Ability to develop market-aligned pay structures and interpret market trends
  • Ability to build C&B understanding and capability among HR Business Partners, people managers, and employees
  • Solid knowledge of job architecture frameworks using the Mercer IPE methodology
  • Proficient business acumen with the ability to align reward strategies with organizational priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication and presentations
