Job Description

Join us as a Program Management expert to lead impactful Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives. This role will oversee and coordinate multiple related programs within our D&I strategy to achieve specific business objectives and ensure the programs deliver maximum value and impact.

By progressing D&I for the LEGO Group, this role will play an integral role in a purpose-led agenda that impacts our colleagues, candidates, customers and communities.

Please note This is a 12-month contract based in our Billund office. Please submit your CV in English to be considered. No relocation support is offered for this position.


Core Responsibilities

Program Planning and Strategy



  • Collaborate with stakeholders (cross-functional where appropriate) to develop and define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Create a program roadmap that outlines timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple related projects, ensuring alignment and integration across teams.



Stakeholder Engagement



  • Ensure stakeholder needs and expectations are understood and managed throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
  • Create standards for D&I Program creation when engaging hourly audiences.



Monitoring and Reporting



  • Monitor program performance, tracking progress against KPIs, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and senior management highlighting achievements, challenges, and any necessary adjustments.



Risk Management



  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and effective decision-making. Develop contingency plans for risk mitigation.



Resource Management



  • Plan program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability (that projects are delivered within financial constraints).



Continuous improvement



  • Conduct post-program evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future program performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of D&I programs through metrics, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Several years of experience working on Program Management and Diversity & Inclusion full-time in a global context.
  • Proven ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple large projects with varied timelines and many team members, with a specific understanding and experience of D&I program delivery.
  • Stakeholder management – Experience working in a collaborative manner to develop cohesion across cross-functional, global teams.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet tight deadlines, and solve problems collaboratively.
  • Impact evaluation experience – Experience connecting action plans to business, people and culture goals.
  • An understanding of HR (Human Resources) and People Processes would be ideal.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
