Core Responsibilities
Working from our headquarter in Billund, Denmark or our Copenhagen Office, you will be part of the Strategic Projects team in the department known as the “strategy and transformation power-house” of the LEGO Group.
Working closely with the team, you will support the Executive Leadership team in developing and driving the LEGO Group´s strategic agenda!
Responsibilities include
We are a team of 12 passionate and dedicated strategy professionals spanning across offices in Billund and London, working on strategic projects across the Group. We are part of the Strategy & Transformation team, supporting recruiting, onboarding and developing talent.

Responsibilities include
- Support the overall corporate strategy process including scoping, analysis and development of overall recommendations towards the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors
- Lead strategic projects working closely with senior people across different parts of the business acting as their strategic thought partner
- Adopt a strategic mind-set to tackle challenges from an end-to-end perspective to drive impact holistically
- Provide mentorship and training towards more junior members of the team including Managers and Analysts

Moreover we are looking for
- 6+ years’ work experience and must include strong experience from a top-tier management consultancy. Experience in an internal FMCG strategy department is a plus
- Top-notch quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights and important conclusions from complex business problems
- Ability to easily shift between abstract strategic discussions and operational details to be able to drive projects including scoping, analysis and development of recommendations
- Strong project management skills that enable you to lead projects and prioritize numerous tasks and projects simultaneously in an ever-changing environment
- Speak and write English fluently
