About Reversio
Reversio is a fast-growing SaaS platform transforming the way e-commerce brands handle returns. We’re building the most intelligent and customizable return experience in the market helping brands reduce return rates, increase retained revenue, and drive loyalty, all while creating a more sustainable and data-driven post-purchase flow. Built for scale and trusted by some of the most forward-thinking Nordic brands, Reversio offers full integration with major WMS, CMS, ERP, and shipping solutions. We empower merchants to offer smarter outcomes — like product exchanges, instant credit, and eco-friendly options — instead of just accepting returns. We're growing fast, backed by experience and energy, and building a small but elite team in Copenhagen with the ambition to become the European leader.

Your job is to remove roadblocks, take ownership, and make things move. You’ll be the one who dives into strategic projects, customer touchpoints, and commercial ops to ensure we stay sharp and scale fast. It’s a role for someone who wants to punch above their weight class, who prefers action over theory, and who sees a fast-growing SaaS startup as the best business school in the world. What you’ll be doing
