Head of Media Relations – Join Lundbeck and Shape Global Perceptions of Brain Health
Are you ready to lead the media relations strategy for a global neuroscience frontrunner? Lundbeck is at a pivotal moment in its journey. With strong results, bold growth ambitions, and a clear focus on neuro-specialty and rare neurological diseases, we’re transforming how brain health is understood and prioritized – by patients, healthcare systems, investors, and the media.
We are looking for an outstanding communicator to take the helm of our global media relations efforts. This is your opportunity to help shape the global conversation about brain health and neuroscience innovation from the inside out. To thrive in this role, a solid grasp of the life sciences landscape and experience with financial communications for a listed company will be especially valuable.
Your new role
As Head of Media Relations, you will be at the forefront of our external communications, acting as a key advisor to the CEO and Executive Management. You will define and drive the media strategy that amplifies Lundbeck’s purpose, performance, and pipeline – across Danish and global media landscapes.

Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Communication and Public Affairs, you will be based at our global headquarters in Valby, Denmark. You will be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that believes in empowering people to thrive.
