We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Email Automation Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Copenhagen. Your focus will be on designing and optimizing automated e-mail flows that drive performance across our 40+ international markets.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our developers and data team to ensure smooth integrations, accurate triggers, and smart segmentation. You’ll be our go-to person for building logic-based automations, troubleshooting broken flows, and continuously improving the user journey through e-mail.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Build and optimize automated e-mail flows using tools like Customer.io
- Work data-driven with triggers, segments, and user behavior
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues in flows (HTML, broken links, logic errors)
- Collaborate with developers and data analysts on event tracking and system integrations
- Maintain and document the overall automation logic and structure
You Should Have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar)
- A strong understanding of data triggers, segmentation, and behavioral flows
- Basic HTML knowledge and the ability to debug broken templates and logic
- Familiarity with event tracking and API/webhook integrations
- A structured mindset and an eye for detail
